By using this Site, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, and agree to the Terms of Use which are incorporated by reference. 3. How long is your information retained?

We will retain your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for or as long as the law requires. For example, when you contact us with a complaint, query, or other concern, we will retain your information as long as needed to respond to your query. We will periodically review the Personal Information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it, when there is no longer a legal, business, or consumer need for it to be retained. When we anonymize data, we may retain such data indefinitely without further notice to you.

We may share information about you as follows:If you are a customer, your personal data (including sensitive personal data) has been provided to us for the purposes of provide a simple and convenient service to consumers. SILAL will always seek express consent when the Personal Information is likely to be considered sensitive. Sensitive Personal Information means information about an individual’s: race; ethnic origin; politics; religion; trade union membership; genetics; biometrics; or health.

a) an application form may be used to seek consent, collect Personal Information, and inform the User of the use that will be made of the Personal Information. By completing and signing the form, the User is giving consent to the collection and the specified uses.
